It’s a Mirror…No, It’s a TV: Eli Wilner’s Plasma TV(?) cum Mirror

Eli Wilner framed plasma tv

New York City’s high-class framing specialist Eli Wilner and Company has introduced a framed flat screen television that functions as a mirror when the TV is turned off. It’s not really clear from the company’s web site whether they are offering a plasma TV or a liquid crystal display (LCD) TV because the photo shown is of an LCD TV, but some text indicate that it’s a plasma panel.

Eli Wilner does have the distinction of being the first to offer customized frames for plasma TVs. It seems that many owners found that their plasma TVs did not go along with the theme or decor of a room; so Eli Wilner found a way to solve that dilemma: by offering their super duper high-end frames. At $10,000-$20,000, the frame costs a lot more than the plasma TV itself.

The frame-television-mirror offering screams LUXURY; expect it to be as highly priced as everything else the company offers, such as its authentic antique frames and replicas.
